CUSTOMER CARE
Our priority is your comfort, safety, and hygiene. While we are a parent-supervised facility, all of us at JusPlay are happy to assist you in making your experience a happy and memorable one. In case of any concerns, please feel free to reach out to any of our staff. Thank you for choosing JusPlay!
GENERAL ENTRY
In order to maintain everyone's safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment, the following terms apply for admission into our facility:

All attendees are required to have signed waivers before entering the facility.

Ensure waivers are completed and filled out accurately to include all adults and children of each family unit.

Supervision: As the parent or guardian, you’re responsible for being present and keeping an eye on your kids, including (but not limited to) allergic reactions, personal hygiene, injuries, etc.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

If you or your child are not well, you will be asked to leave the facility.

At the end of your allotted time you are welcome to extend your stay (within our store hours), please check with our front desk for availability and pricing for play extensions.

If extra time is taken in departing our facility additional charges will be applied.

In the instance of outside food or drink being brought in, a sanitary fee of $250 will apply.

If there is damage done to our facility, a charge of $250 - $1,000 will apply for every instance.

Any spillage and/or hygiene related accidents are your responsibility to clean and sanitize - if cleaning is refused, a fee of $250 will apply.

All children must either be fully potty trained or have a secure, leak proof diaper on at all times.

Shoes are not permitted to be worn in our facility.

All attendees (adults and children) must wear socks at all times while inside our facility.
-
Grip socks are required to be worn by all children and regular socks are required for adults.

If socks are required they may be purchased at our facility.

Strollers are to be kept at a designated area near our reception.

We assume no responsibility or liability for lost items, any item found is kept in our Lost & Found for a maximum period of seven days from your entry. Items left behind longer than that are disposed of.

Adults not accompanying a child or not part of an attending group are not permitted to enter our facility.

Abuse of any kind towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises.
PARTY
Thank you for considering JusPlay for your special day! We want your celebration to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so here are the key details you need to know about our Party Packages.
Booking Conditions

To lock in your party date and time, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable unless a request for cancellation is submitted no later than 14 days prior to the date of the party. Within the 14-day period of the booking, refunds will incur a 20% charge or the amount shall be kept on account to reschedule for another date. Refunds are not permitted on rescheduled bookings.

Once your booking is completed, our Bookings Team reviews your reservation closer to the party date and to ensure there are no clashes in bookings, themes, capacity, etc., an appropriate room shall be assigned. In case your chosen theme has already been selected by another reservation prior to your booking, you will be asked to select an alternative theme to avoid clashes.

You’ll need to confirm the final guest count at least one week prior to the party, and the total can’t go over the room’s limit.

Please note that upgrades and downgrades of party rooms are subject to availability. We suggest choosing a party package closest to your expected number of guests at the time of booking.

Party rooms and themes are on a first come, first served basis.
General Conditions

Supervision: As the parent or guardian, you’re responsible for being present and keeping an eye on your kids.

Emergencies: If something unexpected happens and you need to adjust your booking or guest numbers, let us know as soon as possible. Any changes will need management approval.

If extra time is taken in departing our facility a charge of $50 per 15 minutes will be applied.

In the instance of outside food or drink being brought in, a sanitary fee of $250 will apply.

If there is damage done to our facility, a charge of $250 - $1,000 will apply for every instance.

Third party vendors, decor, entertainers, suppliers, etc. are not permitted.
Party Room Details

Each room has a set capacity for everyone’s safety and comfort. Due to this, all participants including kids and adults are accounted for.

All decor and supplemental items provided by us should not be altered, removed, or damaged in any way.
Food Information

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
-
You’ll need to order food from our catering menu and finalize it at least a week before the party.
-
If anyone has special dietary needs, let us know during booking. Unfortunately, changes can’t be made less than a week before the event.

Cakes or cupcakes are allowed for the celebration!
Catering & Party Logistics

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your party slot.

After your check-in is completed, you will be guided to your private party room once it is ready.

Your food will be delivered to your party room 45-60 minutes after the start of your party time.
-
All food and drinks are to only be consumed in your designated party room.

In order to commence with clean up and setting up party rooms for other parties, you will have access to your party room for 1 hour and 45 minutes (for 2-hour parties) or 2 hours for (3-hour parties).

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
With the aim of providing you with an enhanced level of service, we may be required to contact you from time to time. This may include, but not limited to, booking confirmations, booking changes, timing changes, announcements, marketing, and other important information. This communication may be carried out by, but not limited to, phone, text, email, or in person. By checking into our facility or by agreeing to avail our services, you provide your consent to be contacted as mentioned above. If you wish to opt-out of this communication, you will need to send your request to info@jus-play.com stating the reason for your decision to opt-out.
